please bear in mind that the draft of the UMAG, being discussed in the paper You are going to download, has been changed with respect to the action for annulment against a resolution by the general meeting.
Under the revised draft, the Nebenintervention, i.e. the intervention by a third stockholder in support of the (stockholding) plaintiff, has to be filed within one month after the action for annulment has been announced.
Please read the corresponding part (no. 11, lit. c, page 10, first paragraph) in this sense.
